About Seekers AI
We build private AI for GCC & MENA enterprises, and we stay to run it.
Seekers AI is a small, founder-led AI and automation company based in Cairo, Egypt. We design, build, and run AI agents, Arabic and English knowledge assistants, and workflow automation inside our clients' own environments. Our clients are enterprises in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

What does Seekers AI do?
Seekers AI builds private AI systems that run on infrastructure the client controls: on-premise servers, a private cloud, or a sovereign GCC cloud. The systems read the client's documents, answer staff and customers in Arabic and English, and complete routine work across internal systems. Every engagement starts with a short Readiness Sprint and runs on our Seekers Core stack.
Why did we start Seekers AI?
We started by building production systems for organisations in Egypt: multi-clinic management, school finance and admissions automation, booking with payment-receipt verification, and project tracking for an infrastructure firm.

Those systems are still running, and we still support them.
That work taught us where AI projects break. The model was rarely the problem. The hard parts were connecting to real systems, handling Arabic documents properly, and keeping everything reliable after launch.
Why private AI for the GCC & MENA?
Enterprises across the GCC & MENA want AI, but many cannot send customer records, contracts, or internal correspondence to a public AI service.

Data protection laws and sector regulators limit where sensitive data can go, and risk teams are right to ask hard questions before anything moves.
Much of the work in the region also happens in Arabic, or in Arabic and English in the same document. Tools built for English handle that poorly. We focus on the GCC & MENA because we know how to solve both problems: data that has to stay where it is, and work that happens in Arabic.
How do we approach a project?
We start small, build where your data already lives, and measure results before anything goes live.

Then we stay.
- Start with a Readiness Sprint. In two to three weeks we map your use cases, review your data and infrastructure, and hand over an architecture, a risk review, and a costed roadmap. You keep them whether or not you build with us.
- Build on your infrastructure. We deploy on your servers, your private cloud, or an approved GCC cloud. By default, your data does not leave your environment.
- Measure before go-live. In a four-to-eight-week Pilot, we build one use case and test it with real users and real documents, against measures we agree with you before we start.
- Stay to run it. After launch we operate, monitor, and improve the system every month, and add new use cases when you are ready.
What do we value?
These are the rules we hold ourselves to on every project.
- Your data stays with you. We design for zero data egress, and if a component would need to send anything out, we tell you before it is built.
- Arabic comes first. We test retrieval, prompts, and answers on real Arabic documents, including text that mixes Arabic and English.
- We show the evidence. You see the accuracy figures, the cited sources, and the test results, including the ones that did not go well.
- No lock-in. We build on your infrastructure and document what we build, so your team or another provider can take it over.
- We say what we don't know. If a use case is not ready for AI, or the data is not good enough yet, we tell you during the Readiness Sprint.
Who will work on your project?
Seekers AI is founder-led and small.

The founders are hands-on engineers, and they lead every engagement personally, from the first workshop to go-live and after.
Senior AI engineers build and run the system with them. The people you meet in the first conversation are the people who do the work, and you deal with the same team throughout.
Where do we work?
Our team is based in Cairo, Egypt, and works with clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

Most of the build happens remotely, over secure access agreed with your IT team. We travel for on-site workshops and for any step that needs us in the room, such as installing a system in your own data centre.
Questions about Seekers AI
Where is Seekers AI based?
In Cairo, Egypt. We work with enterprises across the GCC & MENA and travel to client sites for workshops and on-site work.
Who leads my project?
One of the founders leads every engagement personally, with senior AI engineers on the build. We do not pass your project to a separate delivery team after the first meeting.
Do you only work with GCC companies?
No. Our focus is enterprises across the GCC & MENA, including the production systems we built and still run for organisations in Egypt.
Can we start without committing to a full project?
Yes. The Readiness Sprint takes two to three weeks. You leave with an architecture, a risk review, and a costed roadmap, and then decide whether to run a Pilot.
