Real estate & development
Private AI for real estate developers in the GCC.
Private AI helps GCC real estate developers follow up every lead, answer buyers in Arabic and English, check sales contracts, and keep the CRM current, with buyer data kept on infrastructure the developer controls. Seekers AI builds and runs these agents on your servers, in a private cloud, or in a sovereign cloud in the UAE or Saudi Arabia. Your sales and legal teams approve anything that goes to a buyer or into a contract.
Definition
What is private AI for real estate developers?
Private AI for real estate developers means AI agents and assistants that run inside the developer's own environment and work with its own CRM, inventory, contracts, and buyer records. Prompts, documents, and logs stay inside that boundary. The AI handles repetitive sales, document, and service work so the team can focus on serious buyers.
Why don't public AI tools fit real estate developers?
A developer's sales pipeline is full of personal data: passport copies, Emirates IDs and national IDs, phone numbers, income details, and payment plans.

Paste it into a public chatbot and it goes to servers outside your control, often outside the region. The UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law both set rules for how this data is processed and where it can go.
The sector also has its own regulators. RERA in Dubai and the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) in Saudi Arabia oversee the market, so a developer should be able to show where buyer records live and who handled them.
Daily operations add more problems:
- Leads arrive in Arabic and English from portals, WhatsApp, Instagram, the call center, brokers, and roadshows. When follow-up is slow, buyers move on.
- Sale and purchase agreements, reservation forms, and addenda run to dozens of pages, often in Arabic and English versions that have to match.
- Unit availability, prices, and payment plans change often, and agents end up quoting from outdated sheets.
- The CRM, the ERP, and the property management system are often separate, so staff type the same data twice.
Which deployment option fits a developer?
All three options keep buyer data under your control.
- On-premiseData lives: Your own data centre
Best when: Strictest data rules, or air-gapped systems
- Private cloudData lives: Your dedicated cloud tenancy
Best when: You already run on a private cloud
- Sovereign GCC cloudData lives: An approved in-country cloud region
Best when: You want speed without buying hardware

The choice depends on your IT setup, how many projects and countries you sell in, and what your group data policies require.
Seekers Core, our private AI stack, runs the same way in all three, so you can switch later without rebuilding.
- On-premise: the AI runs in your own data center, next to your ERP and document archive. A good fit for master developers with in-house IT and strict group data policies.
- Private cloud: a dedicated environment used only by your company. A good fit for developers whose CRM and ERP already run in a private hosted environment.
- Sovereign GCC cloud: a cloud region inside the UAE or Saudi Arabia. A good fit for developers selling across several emirates or both countries who want data in-country without owning hardware.
How does Seekers keep buyer data and contracts under control?
Every system runs on Seekers Core: Connect, Understand, Reason, Act, with governance around all four.

Connect reads your CRM, inventory, and document stores through the access you grant. Understand searches Arabic and English contracts and cites the clause behind each answer. Act updates records and drafts messages.
Access is set by role. A broker partner sees the units and prices you choose to share, not other buyers' files. A sales agent sees their own leads. Legal sees the contract archive. Every question, answer, and change is logged.
Anything that commits the company waits for a person: a price quote outside the list, a discount, a contract clause, a message to a buyer about payments. The AI prepares it and your team approves it.
How does a real estate AI project start?

In the Readiness Sprint, which takes 2 to 3 weeks, we sit with sales, legal, and IT, pick one or two use cases, and map the systems and data each one needs. You get an architecture, a risk review, and a costed roadmap.
The Pilot runs for 4 to 8 weeks on one use case, such as lead qualification for a single launch, with real agents and real leads. Run & Scale is monthly: we operate and improve the system and add the next use case.

- What it does
- Replies to new leads as they arrive, on WhatsApp, web forms, and portal inquiries, in Arabic or English. It asks about budget, unit type, timeline, and whether the buyer plans to live in the unit or invest, then scores the lead and books a viewing or call with the right agent.
- Systems it connects to
- CRM, WhatsApp Business, property portal inquiry feeds, website forms, agent calendars, and inventory and price lists.
- Governance

Questions developers ask about private AI
Can buyer data stay in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We deploy on your servers, in a private cloud, or in a sovereign cloud region in the country, and the models run there too. Buyer documents, conversations, and CRM data are not sent to a public AI service. The setup is designed around UAE and Saudi data protection law.
Will it work with our CRM and ERP?
In most cases, yes. We connect through the APIs, database access, or exports your systems already support. If a system has no usable interface, we start from scheduled exports. The Readiness Sprint confirms this for each system.
Can the agent quote prices or agree to discounts?
It can quote from your approved price list and live inventory, so buyers get current numbers. It cannot agree to discounts, change payment plans, or promise anything outside your policy. Those requests go to a sales manager for approval.
Does it handle Arabic contracts and Arabic-speaking buyers?
Yes. The assistants read Arabic and English documents, including scanned contracts, and reply to buyers in the language they write in, Gulf dialect included. During the pilot we test against your own contracts and real message samples.
Start with a Readiness Sprint for your sales and contracts teams
In 2 to 3 weeks, we pick your best first use case, map it to your CRM, contracts, and data rules, and hand you an architecture, a risk review, and a costed roadmap. Then you decide whether to run a pilot.
